Chereponi Produces 30 Athletes for North East Regional Team

Chereponi, North East Region The Chereponi District has recorded a major achievement in sports development, with 30 athletes, comprising both boys and girls, selected to represent the North East Region at the upcoming Inter-Regional Sports Competition in Accra.











The athletes were selected following their outstanding performances at the recently concluded Inter-District Sports Competition, where they competed in various sporting disciplines.

Their impressive performances caught the attention of coaches and selectors, earning them places in the North East Regional Sports Team.

The selection is being described as a major boost for sports development in Chereponi, particularly as it provides young athletes with the opportunity to compete at a higher level and showcase their talents on a bigger stage.

The 30 athletes will now join other selected athletes from across the region as the North East team prepares for the Inter-Regional competition in Accra.

Sports enthusiasts and stakeholders in Chereponi have expressed excitement over the development, with hopes that the selected athletes will perform strongly and bring honour to the district and the North East Region.

This Monday, 31st August , history was made in Chereponi The CAMA Chereponi District Members , in partnership with the CAMA National Committee , proudly handed over newly renovated classrooms at Sangbana JHS . For years, students and teachers struggled with dilapidated facilities. Today, thanks to this joint effort, Sangbana JHS now has a safer, brighter and more conducive environment for learning.
